DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES :

The Millville Housing Rehabilitation Program provides financial assistance through deferred payment loans to owners of 1 to 7 unit residential properties.

The program's purpose is to benefit low or moderate income households by correcting code deficiencies and preserving affordable housing.

*PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO PROPERTIES WITH EMERGENCY CONDITIONS*
