FISCAL YEAR 2021
VALUATIONS AVAILABLE
The Millville Board of Assessors has completed a property revaluation for fiscal year 2021. Massachusetts Department of Revenue has granted preliminary certification on the posted valuations. Valuations are available for public inspection on the town’s website until September 30, 2020 through October 14, 2020. Residential valuations saw a 4% increase; Commercial valuations saw a 2% increase; and Industrial saw an 8% increase overall. Valuations reflect market value estimates as of January 1, 2020, utilizing calendar year 2019 arm’s length market sales. These valuations will be used to calculate final tax payments for fiscal year 2021.
Taxpayers may obtain a property record card and discuss valuation issues during this time. Valuations are available online by clicking the link below. The Assessors page has access to a live Assessing agent for further discussion.
Agent hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 3:00 pm
Applications for abatements will be accepted during the period January 1 – February 1, 2021.
