The department's lobby hours are:
Monday, 7am - 3pm; Tuesday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
If you come into the lobby outside of the normal business hours, you will be able to communicate by audio conference with the Metacommet Communication Center. An on duty officer will then be notified to come in and speak with you. .
