Earth Removal Board
Responsibilities
The Earth Removal Board administers the provisions of the Town of Millville Earth Removal By-Laws. The members of the Earth Removal Board consist of the members of the Board of Selectmen, one member of the Conservation Commission and one member of the Planning Board. The Earth Removal Board will schedule a meeting upon receipt of an Earth Removal Application or a written complaint regarding questionable earth removal operations within Town.
